1. Shipping Destinations
We proudly offer international shipping to a wide range of countries. Shipping options, carriers, and delivery times vary by destination. During checkout, you will see available shipping methods and costs calculated in real time based on your delivery address.
Please provide a complete and accurate physical street address (including apartment/unit/suite numbers) to ensure successful delivery. We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes.
2. Shipping Options, Carriers & Timeframes

Standard Shipping: Delivered via carriers such as USPS, UPS, or local postal services, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 7–15 business days depending on destination.
Expedited Shipping: Offered through UPS, DHL, or FedEx for faster delivery, typically within 3–7 business days.
Express Shipping: Available for select destinations via DHL Express or FedEx International Priority, with delivery in 1–3 business days.
Note: Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery timelines begin once the order has been shipped and are estimates provided by the carrier—actual delivery may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:

The shipping method selected
The total weight and dimensions of your order
All shipping fees will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase. We do not charge handling fees—you pay only the carrier rate.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

Carrier information
A link to track your package in real time
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, re-shipping will require an additional shipping payment.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier (due to address issues, failed delivery attempts, customs rejection, or unclaimed pickup), we will contact you via email. Additional shipping fees will apply to re-send the package, or a refund may be issued minus original shipping costs.
